Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Area
We currently ship to Germany as well as to the following countries and regions:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the United Kingdom.
2. Shipping Provider
Shipping is carried out via DHL.
3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
a) Germany
- Standard shipping: €4.20
- Free shipping for orders over €50.00
- Delivery time: approx. 1 to 5 business days
b) European Union
For deliveries to the following EU countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus, the following conditions apply:
- Standard international shipping: €8.90
- Free shipping for orders over €100.00
- Delivery time: approx. 2 to 8 business days
c) Norway
- Standard international shipping to Norway: €14.90
- Free shipping for orders over €150.00
- Delivery time depends on the destination country, DHL transit times, and, where applicable, customs clearance.
d) Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- Standard international shipping to Switzerland & Liechtenstein: CHF 15.00
- Free shipping for orders over €150.00
- Delivery time depends on the destination country, DHL transit times, and, where applicable, customs clearance.
e) United Kingdom
- Standard international shipping to the UK: GBP 14.00
- Free shipping for orders over €150.00
- Delivery time depends on the destination country, DHL transit times, and, where applicable, customs clearance.
4. Start of the Delivery Period
For advance payment by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order products with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
5. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are not charged or collected by us and must be paid directly by you to the competent customs or tax authorities.
This applies in particular to deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and the United Kingdom. Please inform yourself about the import regulations and any additional costs applicable in your country before placing an order.
6. Partial Deliveries
We are entitled to make partial deliveries insofar as this is reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will be charged to you unless this has been expressly agreed.
7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no effect on your statutory rights, but helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
